“Lunarium” - is an interactive museum of the Moscow Planetarium, where over 100 exhibits demonstrate various physical laws and natural phenomena to young visitors in the form of a game.

Task

This system should notify workers of approaching transport units in order to improve the safety of the work.
The system should include wearable devices for each worker, a collective device for organizing a safe zone, a device for informing the transport unit about the approach to the place of work. In the case of approaching a transport unit to the place of work, all employees of the repair team are given a light and sound signal, after which they need to come to the pre-set safety zone. The system informs the transport unit about the presence or absence of obstacles on the way. All information about the system operation is visually displayed and displayed to the specialists of the monitoring center.

“Lunarium” is an interactive museum of the Moscow Planetarium, in which over 100 exhibits must work 6/1 uninterruptedly, as well as timely maintenance and supplementation of consumable fluids and materials. 

Task

The exhibits are located in a room of over 1000 m2 on two floors. It is important for the technical service to manage and influence the main indicators of their performance: MTTR (Mean Time to Recovery) - the average recovery time after a failure in the exhibit's performance, MTBF (Mean time between failures) - the average duration of device operation between failures (average time between failures). To quickly track these indicators from a remote workplace, we needed to develop a system of sensors that inform about the status and condition of exhibits.

Solution

The IoT (Internet of Things) remote diagnostics system was developed. IoT is a set of controllers equipped with emergency sensors and united in a single local network to collect diagnostic information.
Gathering information, analysis of alarm signals from sensors engaged in specialized software developed for Desktop devices, operational notification of responsible professionals occurs through Telegram bot.

A video surveillance company faced the question of analyzing video data that would allow them to understand the effectiveness of parking space utilization, as well as improve safety in the area served

150 fountains, 160 lights, 40 kilowatts of sound, 3 projection screens were installed on a 19-ton assembly floating platform under water. The customer required a stable synchronous projected image on the condition that the equipment was located in different parts of the floating platform with an area of 3,600 m2 and consisted of separate, interconnected modules.  

Task

It is necessary to ensure the immersion of the platform at a depth - 400 mm throughout the show, considering the pressure of water jets of fountains, the weight and location of the equipment, the surging wave.
